Meet the amazing group of women responsible for our beautiful and delicious desserts.
Kelly is the mother half of this amazing duo. After working nearly three decades in human resources, she decided to pair up with her daughter to create Sugar Lab Bake Shop. She brings the business background to the partnership, having owned a cafe in her early twenties. In addition to the financial side of the business, Kelly is responsible for our white chocolate macadamia nut popcorn, mini pies, and our chocolate desserts.
Favorite Thing to Make:
Alison is the daughter half of the business. During her senior year at Cal Poly, her love of baking and cake decorating flourished. After graduating, she partnered with Kelly to create a new found dream. Alison is the creative portion of the partnership, being able to bring a customer's vision to life. Alison is responsible for our social media posts, website, wedding consultations, and fondant cake designs.
